Senior SW Developer at Nokia

I'm a senior software developer (director-level individual contributor) at Nokia. I'm head of R&D SW DevOps in Nokia's IP Routing Division, working out of the Ottawa (Kanata) office.

Over 25 years in the SW industry, mostly in telecom. I run the internal DevOps for the €3B NI IP Networking SW division of Nokia. We're a small team yet we support a huge organization. We do this by avoiding bureaucracy and "just doing it" if it needs to be done. I try to do real technical work as much as I can, and have a team of smart people who don't need a "middle manager" role.
